'RiverOakWay originated from a singular vision: to share true Neapolitan pizza with Paris. The Brown family established our pizza shop in 1985, a quaint venue with familial management and age-old recipes passed through generations.
Emily Brown, the progenitor, mastered the craft of pizza construction while journeying across Italy, apprenticing with eminent pizzaiolos in Naples, the cradle of pizza. Post her UK return, she was staunch in her objective to replicate Italian pizza authenticity, adopting age-old techniques and top-tier ingredients.
Initially a humble 12-seat pizzeria, we've expanded to become a cherished community fixture, though our allegiance to quality and genuineness endures. We persist in employing traditional wood-fired ovens, preparing our dough daily, and procuring the best ingredients accessible.
Presently, 'RiverOakWay' is still under the familial wing, managed by the Brown's second generation who steer our zealous crew. Though we've integrated certain contemporary advancements, the essence of our enterprise remains unchanged: producing delectable, genuine pizzas that convene people.
